The Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra presents an interactive, educational programme of popular classics, to be enjoyed by learners of all ages. The conductor introduces the various instruments and sections of the orchestra and invites a learner to try to conduct the orchestra. The concert is free of charge for all learners, and will be performed in Genadendal for learners from Emil Weder High School, L.R. Schmidt Primary School and Berea Moravian Primary School, and in Greyton for learners from Greyton Primary School, Uitkyk Primary School and Greyton House. Local school choirs will have the opportunity to perform with the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra.
